I was referred to Melissa by my loan officer when I was looking to purchase a house back in 2015. She exceeded all of my expectations and made the process of both buying and selling so easy. Melissa worked with my husband and I through our home buying process. Our offer was accepted for our first home, but upon acceptance, we were told that we would need to use the sellers inspection. We told Melissa that we were not okay with that, and she asked us to sleep on it and call the inspector. We called the inspector and had someone from Sibcy Cline home services check the electric.
