Can I get a renewed glasses prescription ever again, without being charged additional $52.00? Was denied todays 6month scheduled appointment unless payment in full Very Respectfully, Patients Have Rights too
Their system might not work for everyone if you don't like checking in on a kiosk, but they will help you if your challenged in that regard. Other than that they were efficient and thorough. Liked Mellissa, she knew what she was doing and explained when I asked questions. Her staff was pleasant also. Overall very professional. I'll be back
