As always, she is thorough, explains things well and has a great bed side manner
Melissa and staff were very polite and professional. She explained my condition very well. I wish i could contact her directly to discus my treatment optiones but i guess there are no direct phone lines to speak with the doctors.I find this very problematic for me and i will be looking for a provider that i can air my questions to other than someone who makes appointments only.
Melissa Pongratz and her staff were amazing and provided detailed information on eye exams. I highly recommend this location.
