I just got done with the Embody Love Program with Melissa. It was amazing. I have so much more insight about myself now. The thing that I liked the most were the meditations. Each week we dove deeper into different practices of being mindful. These meditations that Melissa does opened me up to a new way of thinking. Thank You Melissa!
Melissa Asteya is a wonderful Intuitive Coach and Reiki Master-Teacher. I've taken her Embody Love Program, Reiki I & II, and Living with Joy course. Her classes are perfect for anyone who wants to gain more self-awareness and grow spiritually. I highly recommend everything she offers, and I'm looking forward to doing a Past Life Regression with her soon!

Beautiful energy! My experience was from reiki l & ll workshop in Sioux City. Honestly, I can’t express enough, how beautiful and enlightening this experience was! I wanted to learn more about reiki but I had no idea that it was going to be so intense and fulfilling at the same time. I look forward to taking another class with Melissa!
My Reiki sessions (as well as cutting my cords) with Melissa were very instrumental in my overall healing.. not only spiritually but mentally, emotionally and physically. Her gift is real and my gratitude to her for her role in my journey is immeasurable. Although I'm no longer in the area, I will continue to recommend her. She is such a gentle soul who made me feel so very safe. Perhaps one day our paths will cross again (it would be a blessing to have you in the Seattle area Melissa! if only to do a class!!)
My experiences with Melissa were all excellent. Mostly I've done Meditation Workshops and Retreats, one Yoga session.
