Dr Melissa Wollan Francis has now cared for me through one pregnancy and one miscarriage. She is without a doubt the most professional, most knowledgeable, most caring, most thoughtful doctor I have ever met. She not only explains and informs me of all the necessary medical information, she also takes an extra step to make sure I am completely comfortable and taken care of (two small examples: I use an interpreter and she always made sure my interpreter of choice was present; I also have extreme needlephobia so she always ga... read more
Dr Wollan Francis and her entire care team are wonderful. They spend the time to get to know their patients personally, are wonderful listeners (and empathizers!) and problem solvers. I would recommend Dr Wollan Francis to anyone and am so grateful to be in her care.
