Had a wonderful experience with Dr Dorsett. She carefully trimmed my nails then her assistant filed them so they look much better. She is the only dr who has taken the time & had the expertise to advise on my bluish feet. Highly recommend.
Saw this Dr. for ankle pain. They told me my insurance through the KY State Health Insurance would pay for orthotics. Then they never billed my insurance and sent my bill out for collections. Do not recommend as the orthotics did not help my ankle and they will not bill your insurance and send you to collections and they will not let the collection company wave any of it.
Scheduling easy. Office staff awesome at JTown office. Dr Dorsett is caring, smart and one of the best docs I have ever seen. Highly Recommend
I went to the location on Newburg Rd. The staff was great. The lady at the front desk is awesome despite the amount of tasks she had to do at the same time, but the Dr. Melissa was in a rush. She barely talked to me and out she was running to her next appointment (I suppose). I was so confused and surprised that I even forgot to ask her two questions I had for her. Really disappointing and sad, even though I paid for this appointment, and it isn't cheap.
She listens and she is respectful of the patient.
Dr. Dorsett got me in quickly and treatment my foot without pain. She is extremely competent and personable. I highly recommend her for any podiatry needs. She does not have computerized charts, which means you have to fill out duplication information records and paper prescriptions. Her staff told me that computerized records would be a pain for the staff. I mentioned that the computer was a safety tool for patients. Even with the computer issues she is still a 5 star podiatrist.
