We completed our build with Melisi Homes this year (2023). It's been very special for us to call this house our home. We are very appreciative of being able to live in such a beautiful space. Robert was on site everyday overseeing our numerous requests and often pre-emptively fixed any issues before we even had a chance to bring anything to his attention. We have now lived in a Rob Melisi built home for 3 years, Rob Melisi is a smaller builder which had its advantages. My wife and I liked that Rob regularly supervised the build, which meant he was fussy about the workmanship on our home, he ensured all stages of the build were as close to perfect he could achieve. The quality of our home is still very good and we had no issues along the way. We highly recommend Rob Melisi as a builder for your home.
Rob was fantastic to work with on our build; he responded very quickly to emails and was happy to accommodate our changes along the way. He got us through the worst possible time to be building a new home with updates and moving the build along as quickly as possible and we can’t fault him and appreciate all the work he did to get us in to our new place.
