Recently built our first home, amazing service and fantastic for communication between builder and client. Rob was always extremely helpful when it came to even the silliest of questions. Would definitely recommend and potentially use again in the future.

We have now lived in a Rob Melisi built home for 3 years, Rob Melisi is a smaller builder which had its advantages. My wife and I liked that Rob regularly supervised the build, which meant he was fussy about the workmanship on our home, he ensured all stages of the build were as close to perfect he could achieve. The quality of our home is still very good and we had no issues along the way. We highly recommend Rob Melisi as a builder for your home.
