Moving out of this building was the best decision we ever made. While we were fortunately able to afford to move out, many of the residents are vulnerable and cannot afford to leave. Management deliberately targets and harasses vulnerable tenants and women, using unfair tactics to push them out tenants who have been residing there for years, The property manager, Mr. Derek Chan, Hubert , other staff behave like brutal authority figures, including new lady, making residents walk on eggshells. The property manager at the head office is extremely rude and acts like a bully. Most of the tenants are immigrants, seniors, people with disabilities, and they use fear tactics . The building is poorly managed. The new office lady, superintendent, and maintenance staff also behave extremely unprofessionally, gossip about tenants, and are rude, loud, and obnoxious. The building is run down and lacks proper maintenance.
