Fantastic italian food. Lots of options. Really great wait staff.
Always good food - the best Italian food in Eastern Kentucky, in my humble opinion. I've eaten Italian cuisine in all the states that are known for Italian cuisine and Melini's is at the top of the list. The red sauce is the best in Kentucky, and will stand up to any I've had. The service is top notch every time I've eaten there. If you are in eaten Kentucky on hwy 64, you should swing into Grayson and stop at Melini's for lunch or dinner. You will not regret the stop.
A table for two was available the moment we walked in. The staff was prompt and polite but never a bother. At 4:15 on a Saturday evening, we enjoyed the Italian Sausage and Peppers Pasta & the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Both meals were exquisite and the portions can be compared to something out of your grandma's kitchen. I drive 30+ minutes to eat here. I love the chicken ravioli and the ceasar salad. The portions are huge and the food is beyond delicious
