I came in today August 18th. brought my policy with me. spoke to Jennifer. I wanted to transfer my policy from americus to bainbridge sine this is where I live now. she informed me that I would have to csll americus and request the policy be transfered to bainbridge, because the policy was mine not hers. so i went own to explain that state farm transfered my policy from oglethorpe to americus with out me doing it or agreeing to that, but that she could not because it was not her policy. so i went on to say that apparently st... read more
