I had to keep repeating myself and in the end i didn’t get what i asked for. My pedicure was done improperly that i didn’t want to follow through with manicure. Paid $80 for flooded nails and cuticles that weren’t clipped properly.
If I could give them a -5 star I would! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
The salon was beautiful, and the design that was provided was great. My usual place was booked up so I thought I would try somewhere new. The price was reasonable,, and the salon was clean. Although, not even 2 days after a nail chipped in half, when washing my hair. No biggie stuff happens, so I went in and got it fixed. Not even 24 hours after, it chipped in half again when doing a a very low hands-on task. Very disappointed, as I now need to go in again to get it fixed.
