After moving out they not only took my entire deposit, but Billed me an additional $1,300 for an assortment of “fixes”. Was charged $437 for a garage door dent that was never fixed. I know this was never fixed because they actually had me show the house to the new tenant before I moved out, thus allowing us to exchange numbers. we rented from them for a year a while back, they were very nice until we signed the lease. We had Alicia helped and she was very kind and patient on the home viewing. She ended up being who we work with directly for our house troubles. They were so unprofessional and she has one of the worst attitude problems iv ever dealt with in a professional environment.
