Dr. Lawrence spent maybe 3 minutes with me. I had to beg her resident to listen to my full story. She called me names, which was so hurtful that I even cried in the parking lot. I had several doctors at UH but withdrew all of my care from this hospital after that experience.

Dr Lawrence and her staff are amazing people. I've have several surgeries in my life and have not received the care and follow up like I've gotten from her and her staff. My nerve /back pain went from a 14 on a 1-10 scale to 0 in less than 24 hours. Thank you again.

My Orthopaedics Surgeon recommended Dr. Lawrence to me. I’ve seen her 3 times. The first time was the initial consult. I had mixed feelings, but always like to give the benefit of the doubt. We all have bad days, right? She wasn’t unkind. Just straight forward I guess, not very “friendly” as in I didn’t feel like she was there for me, to listen, understand, assess, etc...I felt like she had better places to be. But, she’s a doctor. I saw this doctor today. I recently moved to Ohio from Florida. My pain doctor in Florida had me on a pain med regement that worked very well. I suffer from chronic pain and spondylitis and fibromyalga (sp). She refused to prescribe the meds I needed and recommended aerobics and water therapy. If I could do that I wouldn't need the f@#$ing pain meds. Not sure if I'm going to go back. It's a waste of time. And why are all these so called pain specialists nothing but anesthesiologists.
