Sissy Ford is wonderful. She always takes care of whatever I need. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She listens and is very compassionate. I have recently gone through several tragic events and she is more than willing to help me thru them. I really don't know what I would do without her. If my issues aren't resolved I can go back to her and we will do something else until we find the solution. She is educated, knowledgeable, but mostly she understands. I would have given no stars if I could! I went to her because it was close to home, but it was my mistake! This woman has no business being in the medical field. She sent in for a bone density test for the wrong leg. She refused to send in a MRI in for my right leg and only put knee, saying that you couldn't get an MRI on your whole leg when the scheduling person said that you could. Melinda, Sissy is so thorough and very sweet. She never rushes through your visit and makes sure you're taken care of. My whole family sees her. The whole staff is friendly and caring.
