I was very fortunate to have worked with Melinda Elmer and her outstanding team. She gave excellent advice on the marketing of the property. She and team members kept me informed during the entire process and were always available for questions. Since I worked with them remotely, the team handled all needed repairs and recommended repairmen that were reasonable and timely. The property had some challenges but Melinda navigated the issues seamlessly resulting in a successful sale.

Melinda and her team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was overseas throughout the entire sale of my Signal Hill home, and they handled everything locally for me, including coordinating repairs and dealing with issues as they came up.
