Office assistant who answers the calls was very cold, unhelpul sounded disinterested, I called multiple times unable to accomodate me a desired appointment time, in additon she asked me to call my insurance verifycoverage when that the office billing department job.
Pleasant interaction, and quite helpful, especially with needed meds. Thank you.

I love Dr. Collins. She is an excellent doctor who listen to your concerns. She is never in a rush and takes her time with patients. Love her, she is the best.
I love Dr Collins! She is a wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable and listens to me showing me that she cares. I am an SLE patient and she has been treating me for the last 5 years. She is up to date on all the latest medical treatments for this condition. It seemed to be affecting my kidneys in the past few months and she immediately got a consultation with a very good nephrologist as I wasn’t able to find one that would see me right away.
