This doctor was ice cold, abrupt, and uncaring. You can not feel comfortable speaking with her. She should learn to connect with people better and soften her rough edges, and try to establish a rapport with her patients.
Excellent doctor who listens to your concerns and offers solutions, not just medication. I have been seeing Dr. Collins for over 2 years. I had suffered with long covid and was then diagnosed with lupus. Dr. Collins worked with my pulmonologist and listened to my concerns before talking to me about solutions. I have since moved out of state and now travel back regularly to follow up with her. She is really that great!
Dr. Collins and her staff are second to none. She listens to all concerns and asks all the right questions. She is super friendly and easy to talk to and her staff follows her lead. I'm a long time patient, eight years.
Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews , I’ve been seeing Dr.Collins since 2016 and she has been amazing ever since. So grateful for her!
