There's a reason she has a 1 star rating! Over a year of going to her and being referred out to other doctors (which of course none of them took my insurance.) I was told "please let me know if you run into another road block and we will keep trying to find a doctor for you!" Well, that wasn't true at all. Save yourself some time and frustration and skip this facility. This doctor and her office are unprofessional and unreliable. The worst we've ever experienced even after giving them the benefit of the doubt. They cancel appointments at the last minute, reschedule again and then cancel those appointments too. They are defensive when you ask questions or ask for a follow ups and ignore correspondence from the insurance company until a final notice is sent out. ******Dr. MELINDA BOTTENFIELD****** The system does not allow for 0 stars forced to give at least 1. However, even 1 star is not warranted. I was hospitalized for an entire 5 days at Piedmont Hospital, Rockdale, for a small bowel obstruction and was being seen by her as a patient because she was one of the attending physicians on the campus.
