To say we were shocked to find out that one disgruntled Dustin Sparks had not so kind reviews of Melinda Abresch is an understatement. Melinda represented us in our real estate purchasing process and acted in an honest and professional manner as one would hope that all agents would do. Rude!!! Only word to describe this horrendous real estate agent. Showed up at our home five hours before her clients took possession if the house and started an argument with whoever she could find. Horrible at any form of communication. Would give her 0 stars if possible.
Melinda helped us buy our dream property which was 10 acres of bare land...a little trickier than buying land with a house. And we live out of state. Her experience, professionalism, communication and honesty put us at ease through the process. Throughout, we felt like we were being guided by a friend as she went above and beyond and even thought of things we had not. We would 100% recommend Melinda to friends and family and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again!
Melinda helped us sell our family home. She was understanding of the emotional part of selling our home and the many different dynamics involved. She guided us through, gave us options, and made the process a little easier knowing we had someone in our corner.
