Absolutely amazing first experience! All the staff I encountered are very welcoming and knowledgeable, especially Tera at the front desk. I have never had such a thorough examination as well as cleaning, done by Ulysses who explained everything so in depth and really took his time. Dr. Melina is so kind and also was very thorough in her exam and findings. I’m so thankful I found a clinic who really takes their time and deeply cares for their patients, and will be trusting them with my oral care from here on out!
This practice has been going downhill ever since Dr Gibbs left. For the past several years it has been a revolving door of new hygienists. Things have reached a new low as her current staff apparently doesn't feel the need to tell customers what type of treatment they are getting or what they are going to bebilled for. Apparently the same treatment I've been getting for years is now different and $100 more expensive.
