Carl Melina, MD is competent I came down with a nasty case fo the flu a few weeks ago. I had a fever for 3 sleepless nights, painful coughing and a migraine headache that wouldn't go away. On the morning following the 3rd night I decided I needed to get some medical attention to determine if anit-biotics were in order.
