They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They never have the same staff, totally screwed up my insurance. Their office is so unorganized!!!!
