I was a former employee at the NYC location of the Melillo Center. Acabé de realizar una llamada buscando información del programa, la señora que responde el teléfono es muy grosera, le pedí por favor información en español, y ella de manera despectiva y muy grosera me responde que nadie habla español y tira el teléfono, el dueño debería considerar cambiar el personal o que les realicen una capacitación de buena atención al público
