I have been very happy with Dr. Tellez over the last few years. She has a great bedside manner and explains things very clearly. My wife and three daughters see another doctor within the same practice and the staff has always been very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Tellez and Methodist Family Group.
Worst than poor Practice I waited 2-1/2 hours to see the dr for a 5 min visit always running behind excuse updating their computers nonsense Nurse sent wrong rx to pharmacy asked for correct after having to pay for the wrong stuff nurse sent the wrong doseage just got denied for one extension rx till i could see dr. STAY AWAY Your time is valuable but not to them FIND ANOTHER DR BE WARNED!!!!!
