I believe everyone should be aware of our experience before considering moving into Melia apartments. We moved in November 20th, 2020 and it has been a nightmare since we moved in. Initially we “weren’t allowed to see the apartment” until after we signed the lease which seemed like a red flag but we were told our “renovated” apartments was ready to move into, which was indeed false. I lived at Melia for just over a year. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience. Bug treatment fees are non-optional, but I had roaches in my apt. from day 1 to final move out. The public laundry was always broken, infested with bugs, and literally had a stray cat living in the space between the wall and the washers for 6 months.
