Since when does a yearly exam with prescription Renewal Not preventive??? Their billing staff has no idea what they are doing. If it is time to get your prescriptions renewed and it is time for your free yearly exam, they will charge you like it was a sick visit. Even if there is absolutely nothing new wrong with you and you didn’t speak about anything being wrong during the appointment. Doc Melendez treated me for a few years at the office on Peerless Xing. He was always great. He explained everything, answered all my questions and truly cared. I left because of the front office staff. They were beyond negligent (took months to call in referrals) and refused to correct their blunders. This was more than a decade ago, so I'd hope things have changed. Either way I still highly recommend Doc Melendez. Might be best to go to his office in Dalton tho.

Excellent visit! I will say more attentive, more caring, personable, than most in his profession, inclusive of 'doctors'. Prescribed medication to assist in my healing process, as well as a follow up appointment.
