I had a really disappointing experience with this shop. I went in a two tomes just to have my watch resized. The first two visits went smoothly, and the guy did a good job each time. However, on my third visit, a different old man worked on my watch, and everything went wrong. When I got it back, there were scratches and dents on the links that weren’t there before. Save your time. Visit literally any other Jeweller on the planet and you will be better off. Long story short my Mother had taken a family airloom to adjust a necklace. They then took it to the back and completely destroyed it, then proceeded to charge her for dismantling it. Distraught my mother called me crying and did not want to go back.
