I have rented from Tim for a few years. I have had a great experience since I have been renting from him! He truly cares about the people who live in his homes. I have had a couple of major things go wrong (appliance wise) and he has worked tirelessly to either repair them or purchase new ones. He always promptly responds to phone calls or texts. Tim is a great guy and it's a pleasure renting from him.
I have been renting from Tim for a little over a year and I couldn’t ask for a better landlord. Tim was very caring from the second I met him. I was going thru a divorce and was very nervous about being on my own after 20 years. Tim was very helpful from the the first day I moved in !
