These realtors, when asked directly point blank about any recent deaths, within the last year, on the property…. They blatantly bold face lied to a prospective and very interested buyer. Before deciding to sell this loft condo at three three 5 six Heathstead Place, it had been rented to a tenant who tragically shot herself in the head less than 2 months ago on the property... right outside the back door. I have been using MBP for 20 years and they have handled over $3M in commercial & residential transactions for me. I use them because of their high ethical standards and experience. They are a family owned local company that appreciates & works hard for their clients and I highly recommend them . A recent negative review was directed at me via MBP in what I assume was an attempt to negotiate a lower price on a property I have listed with MBP. As can easily be seen, it was tacky and insensitive and should be ignored.
