Good at first but even after paying my bill Tania / Tanya and Melco Toowoomba destroyed my belongings of 30 + years and my children's prized possessions. Now asking for a disposal fee?... Not happy Legal action to follow
Efficient company to deal with. Clean and tidy premises
Easy to deal with and have used them since pre-covid. Hiring the container was simple, and office staff took the time to explain opening and closing containers correctly. It was also possible to purchase basics like locks and boxes there. The container has kept my items safe and dry over the years, and the hire price has not changed for me since I signed the contract.
