I hate giving businesses a one star review but here we are. I bought a Melco BRAVO Embroidery Machine in March 2026 for my small business for $10,195.00. The machine has been defective since day one and cannot even embroider hats properly. Something many other customers have reported as well. Two months of support calls, an eight hour on-site technician visit, and nothing was resolved. 3/17/25 update: The entire Melco branch of products is junk. From their operating system to the embroidery machines. Still have the brand new machine that hasn't been operating since month 1, broke end caps that simply broke off on their own from vibrations during use, machine 2 can't cut threads from the jump when I told my incompetent trainer, today their stupid operating system won't function so I can't use the one machine that can get anything done. I purchased 3 machines from them brand new. Two of them are trash. One is still broken and it's literally brand new. It has been sitting in my shop, broken since last December and I bought them in about the end of October. If you want the lowest quality buy here. Also, they blocked me so I wouldn't be able to tell others about my experience on social media. Super dope company.......Not!
