I had a horrible experience with this office front desk. she is very rude, not professional, and she is lacking proper training. She decided to remove my mom from her scheduled appointment just because she was in the middle of switching from Medical to Medicare/ Medical. without my mom's agreement and knowledge. communication was not there. Her job was to communicate with us FIRST and inform us before deciding to take my mom out of the schedule. I was willing to PAY CASH for this visit if worse come to worse BUT SHE REFUSED ... read more

Dr. Cox is the best. He is young, but very knowledgeable. AND HE LISTENS! I had horrible foot pain and was planning a trip to Europe. Lots of walking would be involved. He came up with a simple solution that literally changed my life. I walked over 20,000 steps in one day with no pain! I would definitely recommend Dr. Cox to everyone.

I would go with an older more experienced doctor. Dr. Cox is very nice but young and doesn’t know when you tell someone on first visit that their chronic foot pain will go away if he signs you off of work and then completely say something different on 2nd appointment how upsetting that can be. I should have trusted google !!! He went to school for many years and at the end of the day he doesn’t know because he doesn’t have a lot of years of on the job training or experience. Everything revolves around using your feet !!! If ... read more

I was hospitalized for health issues and I also had a huge blister on the bottom of my foot. I met Dr. Cox when he came to the hospital to excise my blister. He was really gentle and made the experience as painless as possible. After I was released from the hospital I went to his office where I met his staff. There were all so nice. Dr. Cox is really nice as well. So I was not surprised that he had a kind staff as well. Edith and Denise were really great. Dr Cox is attentive and really cares about his patients. I would recom... read more
