Dr. Melcher is very professional and has a wonderful, caring demeanor. Another pro is that she asks lots of questions to solve the mystery of your pain,if that's why you are there and she will likewise answer as many questions as you have! HOWEVER:Her office staff is VERY lacking in compassion, professionalism, & organization. They have lost papers, failed to call me back, and been snippy and short with me while I have put out effort to be very sweet in attempts to get the help I need.
