Thanks to him we lost 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS! He does not know how to appraise very well. We trusted him as he was sent to us from Veterans United. He appraised our house just over 30 grand more than it should have. I recommend finding someone else!
Neil is an solutely horrible to work with! Seriously deplorable... I can't believe he still has his license.
