This is my first time getting my hair done here I paid 240 for waste, knotless, braids, And I was explaining to her how I want my hair and it seemed like that she was getting an attitude because I was telling her exactly how I want with my hair she’s staying trust me I do good work and then I get home and one side of my hair is way shorter than the other and now she’s not answering the phone. This is very unprofessional and especially coming from black women. This is sad. I also have pictures won’t let me post here

I am going to this hair shop for about three years now, and I would just like to give my opinion and input for others who would be interested in getting their hair done. My first ever appointment with Mel, I messaged her via Facebook to set up an appointment with her after looking at her photos of her work, I believe her work to be good and wanted to book. I sent Mel a video of the style I wanted to see if she had the hair and someone would be able to do the style, the style is mini twists with human hair she said yes I sent my deposit went to get my hair done when the lady got done with my hair and I looked in the mirror she gave me kinky twists and I didn’t like it I paid 250 for a style I didn’t ask for and I messaged Mel about it and she has not said a word I’ll never spend another dollar with them.
