I am going to this hair shop for about three years now, and I would just like to give my opinion and input for others who would be interested in getting their hair done. I loved my experience with MelBraids ! Everyone In the shop is talented and neat with braiding. I highly recommend booking thru MelBraids

I sent Mel a video of the style I wanted to see if she had the hair and someone would be able to do the style, the style is mini twists with human hair she said yes I sent my deposit went to get my hair done when the lady got done with my hair and I looked in the mirror she gave me kinky twists and I didn’t like it I paid 250 for a style I didn’t ask for and I messaged Mel about it and she has not said a word I’ll never spend another dollar with them.

Set up appointment 2 weeks in advance. Asked was hair provided, which I was told it was provided with the service. Sent the $25 deposit. Once I arrived was told she couldn’t find the hair that my style required (which I could’ve purchased prior but you said you would provide the hair). I was frustrated but I ended up going to buy some hair anyways and I sent Melvis the photos of the hair while at the store to make sure it was the right hair. She responded that it was.
