Just got an occasional service for my car here. Ali did a great job really fast. Nice place, recommended!
Needed tyres and found Ali - Melbourne Tyres - was super helpful and told me he could get my tyres in after a $200 deposit. Made the deposit and advised tyres would be in the next day. This was Tuesday last week 2nd July 2024 - booked in for Saturday 6th - tyres came off new ones on / went for a coffee and bingo. Cheapest price I could find. Amazing customer service from the team, felt valued as a customer and not just a pay check for the company, the team went above and beyond and even received a free tyre alignment, while already being cheaper then everywhere I price matched. Happy I have now found them, will defiantly be recommending to friends and family. Cheers heaps again guys
Ali was very professional and provided great customer service. I needed all 4 tyres changed. He was able to organise the car to be booked in next day with the price being very reasonable. I highly recommend him and very confident with his work.
