Stephane has been my Remedial Massage Therapist for a while now. He's gotten to know my issues really well and sometimes does it intuitively as well. Dean is incredibly knowledgeable and made a noticeable difference after just one session. I'm training for a marathon, avg 60-80km per week, and my right calf suddenly became weak, and unstable to the point where I could barely run 6km without it giving out. Saw Dean on the Friday and he did a thorough massage, cupping, and dry needling session on the calf. By mon the dead heavy feeling in my leg was mostly gone.
