Simon had been a huge help over this last year. He has helped me understand my chronic fatigue better and assisted me in completing my first Ironman triathlon, a bucket list item of mine that I always thought was impossible with cfs. I would recommend him to everyone.

Great experience, I got my VO2max test done here. Dr Simon Sostaric was amazing with so much knowledge and expertise on the subject. He was really good at both conducting the test and interpreting the results at the end. This has helped me a lot in understanding my training zones.

I have completed 2 sets of VO2 Max testing and Dexa Scan testing this year. I cannot be more pleased with my experience. Simon and Tony are true professionals that focus on accuracy and making sure you get the answers you need for health and performance. I now have my baseline measures and I will be back every year to re-test and see where I am at. Thanks fellas!

I started working with Matt in late November after I sustained a shoulder injury and he has been a great help and I cannot thank him enough. In a few short months I was back into training and sparring with zero issues. Matt put me through a rehab program which gave me great confidence going back into my boxing training. Matt put a lot of effort into rehabbing my injury and would also check in pretty regularly to see how I was progressing.
