After months of skin issues and GP's guessing, I was referred to the Melbourne Skin & Dermatology Clinic and managed to get an urgent appointment with Dr Sara Sabourirad which I am so grateful for. Dr Sabourirad was amazing and knew exactly what my condition was and what caused it so recommended Phototherapy Sessions. Perhaps consider providing the receptionist with further training to appropriately liaise with clients. I had a hypo low blood sugar episode at the clinic and attempted to request some sugar from the receptionist, but could not even start a conversation as she straightaway commenced to teach me a lesson in manners for approaching her as she was finishing off with another task. Do not expect to be treated well by practitioners in the Ringwood clinic. Have written to the practice manager with no response prior to reviewing.
I have been going to Melbourne Skin & Dermatology for years now and am always happy with the treatments and the excellent results. I would rather have my skin checked there by a professional than anywhere’s. I’ve also saved money with my prescription creams, instead of store bought products which can’t match the results I achieve. Some pre cancerous lesions have been caught early and with the prescribed treatment have disappeared.
