Extremely disappointing experience. I travelled over an hour for a first consultation, only to be told I had 15 minutes and had to choose which of my referred 2 concerns to discuss. doctor Sarah sabourirad was also 12 minutes late. I decided not to proceed with appointment. I left with nothing resolved. Definitely not the level of service I expected from a highly recommended specialist practice. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone
I am happy with this clinic & will be visiting again. Dr Sara was polite and caring towards my concerns, answered my questions and doubts, and didnt make me feel rushed in my appointment. Appreciated
Highly recommend Dr Sara. She worked with me to find a medication to work with me and my skin has dramatically improved.
Really great experience at the Ringwood location. Staff were friendly, helpful and walked me through everything thoroughly. While the dermatologist was really detailed in her analysis and the treatment so far has shown a lot of progress to my skin condition.
