Melbourne Skin & Dermatology Ringwood I attended to see a dermatologist and within just one session had all my questions answered and a treatment plan! Everyone was so lovely and approachable and made it a positive experience for me. Overall I’m really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend to anyone having skin concerns!!

Awesome experience! Everyone at the clinic is polite, professional, and helpful. The appointment booking process was easy. I struggled with chronic eczema for over a year and after one appointment I had a better understanding, and a plan of what to do next. It has been a few months since my appointment and my skin is great. I can’t remember the name of the doctor I saw but she was wonderful and I’m very grateful to have seen her. Highly recommend.
I booked an appointment for my daughter after reading the positive reviews, and she was seen by Dr Sara Sabourirad. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Three weeks after the $365 consultation and using the prescribed medication ($134), her skin became much worse, so we had to stop the treatment. We emailed the clinic but didn’t hear back until 10 days later, after sending a second follow-up. I didn't have a good experience here overall. Lots of abstract conversations about acne scarring. They ended up refunding me (which I appreciate) but the sense was I wasn't worthy or they couldn't be bothered to offer medical care or even a straight forward conversation. Edit update: at no point was this clinic up front with me and advise me that they were unable to help, what they did was cancel my appointment when I asked if my consultation fee could be used towards my appointment with a dermatologist and advise me to “see... read more
