The staff are friendly and I enjoyed the choice of music played on the day of my visit. My appointment was with Chris, and he was very professional, informative and friendly.
I took my mother (aged 100) for a skin check to address some specific areas of concern, referred by her GP. All of the staff, from reception to the dermatologist and nurse, went out of their way to make her feel as relaxed as possible (she was very apprehensive about the visit) and she felt much more at ease quite quickly. The treatment was thorough (going beyond just the areas outlined by the GP), professional and considerate of mum’s circumstances. A positive experience for her.
Very glad that I have pick this clinic. Great and very positive experience with Melbourne skin & dermatology Rowville. Dr Le is a great doctor, she patiently explained everything to us and happy to answer any questions that we had. The stuff are very friendly and Nice. Will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone I know!
