Reading reviews helps out a lot and confirms what I thought about this place. I came there for an application and to be on a waiting list if necessary. This lady in the office was very rude and unprofessional. I asked if there was a one bedroom available and she said no. I asked to be on a waiting list and for an application for that. After being told by someone that lives there loves it we pushed my mom to check it out since her husband recently passed. Whoever handles reaching out to prospective residents did so completely through texts asking questions and setting up a tour, my mom could never get anyone on the phone. When we first looked at this complex for my parents we were told the apartments were being completely repainted, the carpet in the hallways of the buildings were replaced. Well my parents have been there 3 years and none of this has been done. Work orders have been put in for the garage, took 4 weeks to get fixed. And now I hear that there are 8 elderly people that have no working garbage disposals. You can’t ever get ahold of anyone to assist you. All kinds of promises and no action.
