I can't recommend these guys enough. I spoke to Hollie and she sold me the last Sym Orbit 3 at an amazing deal, before the new model came out. Melbourne Scooter warehouse were so easy to deal with , and they carry all the spares for Sym scooters too. I have a full bike license but I've never owned a scooter. I want to say that these things are a TON of fun and run on the smell of an oily rag. If I buy again , I will def be going back
I bought my first scooter(a Sym HD300i) at Melbourne Scooter Warehouse in 2021. I've been so happy with the product & the service that I've just bought my second scooter, an Orbit III 125. It is also great value for money & is enormous fun to ride around town. I have no hesitation in recommending Sym, Hollie & the team.
Holly was fantastic in showing us the scooters, made the while process of buying a scooter was so easy , she certainly wasn't pushy as the scooters sell themselves. Thanks Holly for all your help
Recently decided to upgrade my Sym 200HD scooter after 13 yrs of trouble free riding. Previously had a Sym 125 with again no issues. Looked at a few different 300cc brands but couldn't justify changing brands so went out to Carrum Downs to find and visit Melbourne Scooter Warehouse which is the Sym importer. Met Holly the manager who showed me the one and only 300HD in stock. Holly offered a great deal and said I wouldn't find better. She was right. Less than a week later I rode that beast out of there. Big shout out to Hollie at Carrum Downs Sym. Im extremely happy with my purchase of a HD300. Would recommend anyone looking to update from a Harley tank or a Japanese bullet. These things get 4ltrs per 100 ks easily, cruise at 100kph no problem and with the centrifugal clutch and either an egg beater or a flip up lid, you can have your coffee and smoke while you look so cooool !!
