They answered the phone with a live knowledgeable person, which to us was surprising in itself. They showed up on time. And they repaired the problem that 2 other companies said couldn’t be repaired, and were polite throughout the whole process. I kinda felt like I did back in the day. By the way, we never told them about the other companies that were there before them. Didn’t want to give them too much glory. Now I look back and realize they deserved it.
