I stayed at Melbourne Private Apartments for three nights in June and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived late at night, I discovered the shower fitting was leaking and the bathroom basin tap was also leaking and difficult to close properly. Called to make an enquiry regarding accommodation and unfortunately had a very poor experience with Jade. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and when I politely asked to speak with someone else, the call was ended abruptly. Customer service and communication are important, especially when dealing with potential guests. Very disappointing experience. Company should invest in some training for front desk staff.

Stayed here for a few night while visiting Melbourne. Beautiful appartments with friendly customer service. Tram found just outside the door that goes directly into town on Colins st. We specifically chose this place as it had two single beds in the second room for my teenage kids and onsite parking. It was a nice surprise to find a complimentary bottle of wine and a packet of TimTams 😀
