A more caring, diligent, and sensible paediatrician you could not hope to find.
My GP submitted a referral to the clinic and I heard nothing after a month. I followed up and then had to email the referral again and was told it was an 8 month wait. 6 months later I followed up again and was told that they had not even looked at my referral and may approve or reject scheduling an appointment, and if successful I would then be on another 6 month waiting list. Dr Doube is a fantastic doctor. He’s really helped our daughter greatly, since she was diagnosed with ADHD. Dr Doube makes both parents and children alike, feel incredible comfortable and confident in his treatment practices.
Terrible disrespectful customer service from the lady who picked up the phone. No care at all about patient or providing simple information.
