I recently visited Dr Tuck Yong’s rooms and can honestly say he was lovely. He explained everything to me about my operation and was very understanding and caring. The receptionist Pey was very nice and helpful to deal with as well. Thank you both so much.
Went to see Dr. Yong for a gallbladder removal. As soon as I walked in and was greeted by receptionist (Pey), I felt everything will turn out well. Chatting to Dr. Yong, he made me feel comfortable and less stressed about my situation. He gave me all the information I asked for and was able to schedule me for surgery within a fortnight. In the hospital, the staff said Dr. Yong was a good choice which made me even less stressed. The surgery and recovery went well. Thanks again to Dr Yong. And a shout out to Pey!!!
Very disappointing experience with Tuck Yong, after gallbladder removal at the Northern and post follow up with Dr Yong as a GI specialist to try and find the source of my ongoing biliary pain in my upper right shoulder blade and under my rib cage, numerous CT and MRI scans I was told that everything was normal and he couldn’t establish a reason for my pain and to see a pain specialist and dietitian.
