Dr John Mills is an exceptional pediatrician and we are incredibly grateful to him. Our baby arrived earlier than expected, so our regular pediatrician was unable to attend. I would not recommend John Mills. He noticed some clicking in the hip of my two day old son when performing movement checks. He then proceeded to immediately order an ultrasound for our two day old. We did the ultrasound after discharge at 6 days. Not long after the ultrasound on day 6 John left us a voicemail stating that our son had “significant” hip dysplasia and would be needing a brace and that his office would follow up. Dr. Mills Has been exceptional for my son who he had diagnosed was with a cow's milk protein allergy. If I have had any concerns, I have been able to contact him and he has given me all the help I've needed alongside his wonderful nurse Jane. I couldn't be happier and so glad I've come across Healthcare professionals that treat you like a patient and not just another number.
I was running late struggling to find a park, in such a rush and was so flustered trying to get to my appointment on time, the staff at the reception Ashley was a godsend with helping me get there eventually, she was very understanding and allowed me to still go ahead with my appointment to see John.
