I would not recommend John Mills. He noticed some clicking in the hip of my two day old son when performing movement checks. He then proceeded to immediately order an ultrasound for our two day old. We did the ultrasound after discharge at 6 days. Not long after the ultrasound on day 6 John left us a voicemail stating that our son had “significant” hip dysplasia and would be needing a brace and that his office would follow up. Dr. Mills Has been exceptional for my son who he had diagnosed was with a cow's milk protein allergy. If I have had any concerns, I have been able to contact him and he has given me all the help I've needed alongside his wonderful nurse Jane. I couldn't be happier and so glad I've come across Healthcare professionals that treat you like a patient and not just another number.
I was running late struggling to find a park, in such a rush and was so flustered trying to get to my appointment on time, the staff at the reception Ashley was a godsend with helping me get there eventually, she was very understanding and allowed me to still go ahead with my appointment to see John. Would not recommend John mills to anyone. My daughter was born on the Friday morning and was born at 4.3kg the midwives at the time advised that they’d get a pediatrician to come look at my daughter that day and do sugar tests due to her weight. No one came that day and wasn’t seen by John until the Saturday which of course was extra rates and fees due to being weekend rates.
