if I could give Iona no stars for her audacity i would. do not book with this storage unit they make you pay upfront then don't even have availability. I still haven't received my refund promised and she expected me to pay another $60 "for a bigger unit". she then called me 5 times a day for two days and told me she will be charging me if she doesn't hear back from me. this lady runs this storage unit for her husband and you can tell she is a power tripper. she spoke to me so rudely I had to check that this was a legit busin... read more
We were worrying that storing our items would be a stressful experience, but the staff have been amazing on the phone and in person! Really easy to store your things, we were very impressed!
Melbourne Mini Storage kept my artwork safe for over a year while I was between homes and studios, their facilities are incredibly secure and clean. Iona and Tony are a dream to deal with, highly reccomend :)
