The hotel itself is beautiful — great design, environment, and cleanliness. However, the customer service was very disappointing and did not reflect the standards of a star-rated hotel. In particular, a receptionist named Michelle, who seemed to be in a senior role, showed a lack of basic hospitality. What I experienced was rudeness, unhelpfulness, and no accountability. 1.
