We had a nice and pleasant stay at Marriott. Our flight was delayed, and Mila was very accommodating and understanding in helping us amend our reservation, especially since we were travelling with our 1-year-old baby who was already very tired. Her kindness really made the situation less stressful for us. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a stainless-steel countertop display with a QR code for hotel information. am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I chose this property to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have had. The management and reception team were not helpful or supportive when assistance was needed. The room was not cleaned properly, and the overall presentation and housekeeping standards were far below expectations.
