I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment we received from a staff member named Mila during our stay at Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands on the evening of 18 August 2026. At approximately 7:20 pm, we handed the keys for two vehicles to the front desk for valet parking, and Mila charged us $60 for each car and charged $120 in total at the same time we checking in.
