If I could give them a 0, I would but I can’t, so I will give them a 1. If you want to be gaslit for 45 minutes on your initial consultation; you can go here - or you could go somewhere else and skip the ordeal. I assume (or would hope) they would be more understanding and empathetic towards older clients. Horrible experience, will never go back.

From day 1 when I arrived with major swelling on my right arm after breast cancer surgery ( lymph nodes removed) Anne Ward helped with this emergency straight away with a compression sleeve and gloves, I now have personal fitted night and day gloves/sleeves which have reduced swelling and made my life more comfortable and she also helped me get government funding to help with the cost.
