My Dad is always well taken care off and he loves the staff. Giovanni is such a polite and helpful gentleman. Maribel is so sweet and gentle soul. Overall, I just appreciate all the staff that look after my Dad on Tue, Thursday and Sat from 6:30-1100am. God Bless you all!
No need to file a complaint. They purposely ignore your calls at their so called corporate. They lie and cover up for each other. You want to live don’t attend this facility or deal with this company!
