From first contact Melbourne Jewellers (Hoppers Crossing, Maz) was professional, friendly and accommodating, with great advice to repair my rings. I had not worn my Engagement and Wedding/Eternity rings, since I had to get them cut off years ago, due to finger swelling. Melbourne Jewellers resized, replaced a Sapphire, replaced missing/damaged diamonds, cleaned and re-clawed all 4 rings, at a reasonable price. The jeweller created a beautiful custom ring, my partner had such a seamless experience through the design process. The service is incredible. Since having the ring a few years, I needed a minor repair when a small diamond on the band was dislodged, which was replaced and repaired within a few hours, free of charge.
